Are We a Good Fit for Each Other? Who We’re Looking For


Our ideal candidates are “self starters” who have: 
  • A proven ability to build relationships
  • Great communication skills—both verbal and written
  • An ability to take initiative, multi-task and manage details
  • The desire and commitment to work independently
  • A strong desire to make a difference in the community
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required)
Preferred Experience
 
We prefer individuals who have: 
  • Experience with youth groups that do fundraising (such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Little League, youth soccer, etc.) in a leadership role or as a parent
  • Experience raising funds for an organization, such as a school or a non-profit group
  • Experience in sales or marketing (ideally, at least one year)
